What this statement is trying to say is that when you have to improve on anything in your life then it he to stgatr with "I" which is you. For example if your not doing good in school then you have to start to improve and it has to start with "I" which is you. Another example of this is that if you want to improve on anything thats important in life to you then it has to start with you.
